Club Wyndham Shawnee Village

Resort was nice. I didn’t use the facilities but there were a lot of things and activities offered.

Paid for a place with a working fireplace. They had the fireplace inaccessible until further notice. Also the Wi-Fi did not work.

I’ve been a loyal Wyndham guest for years, but my stays in Crestview units at Club Wyndham Shawnee Village have been utter failures in 2025. • Both my July 4th and October stays had no workable internet or Wi-Fi. • On arrival, I reported the issue to Rita at the front desk — and she handed me a phone to call the provider myself! • The connection returned briefly on night one, but failed again on night two. The in-unit phone didn’t even work. • A repair ticket (#16507919) was open for five full days before we arrived — yet they still assigned us that unit. • No offer to move us. No proactive solution. Just empty apologies. Crestview units cost the most points, yet we got the worst possible experience: zero Wi-Fi, broken phones, no accountability. My last two stays were ruined. I work online — without service, my trip is wasted. This is not how you treat repeat customers. Do better, Wyndham.

The simplicity in check-in and check-out was great. The quietness of the neighborhood and the apartment was excellent. Lots of hot water for showers and bath was very nice. And the self-regulating thermostat was wonderful.

The WiFi didn't seem to be working well...the staff said there was an issue...and that was a downer. The bedroom furniture was really old and seemed well used and needing sanding and new varnish.

Carpet was dirty with stains. downstairs bathroom sink is very little. Upstairs bathroom shower was tight

for 12 days they did not come to clean the house , made more than 5 times calls , water was leaking from toilet and falling in kitchen , still they did not bother to come and fix problem , one of the bedroom light was not working 12 days they did not fix the problem also

It was SO crowded, our condo was very dated and we wound up getting locked in our bedroom and had to wait quote a while for a maintenance person to come fix the door and get us out
