I have been coming here every year for the last five years and it's the first time I have experienced little unfriendly staff, except for a couple of nice and polite young people, I work in customer service and know first hand how difficult it is sometimes to work with us customers, however robotic attitude and near neglect is not an answer for that. Overall I like to stay in the resort and will be coming in the near future.

4843927754 4843927754 My wife and I arrived yesterday at Shawnee Wyndham Resort, Poconos, Pennsylvania, August 19, at 3:15 PM to check in. I ask, can I get a villa with not too many steps at the front entrance door of the villa, due to my wife's disability? The front desk accommodated us with a villa at R143 School House Road, East Stroudsburg, PA 18303. Once we enter the villa, we check and do an inspection at first. While checking the villa, we noticed dirty spots in the carpets from the living room, up the stairs, and in the second bedroom. My wife wasn’t pleased with this situation, having a unit with the dirty carpets not being clean for the next visiting guest. I call the office to explain the problem with the carpets and request to be changed to another villa. The front desk said that they couldn’t accommodate my wife and me in another Villas unit because Shawnee is booked up; no villa is available at the moment. The front desk offered that if we stay, the front desk supervisor will refund us one night's stay at no charge. My wife and I have been coming to Shawnee’s Wyndham Resort over the last 4 years, and we have never had a complaint about this wonderful Shawnee Resort Poconos PA Villa Resort; we loved it from day one. Mostly everything was greeat staff was awesome place is great clean .

The ac wasn't working. Should put fans in if the ac is a problem up there. I didn't like how I was told to be out by 9am and house keeping was knocking way before n then I was charged for a whole day extra. Also the other times I been there I stayed at a spot where I could walk rite in I wish I was at least notified about all the stairs my dad was gunna come visit but couldn't because of them And u should ask ppl if they wanna face a parking lot here everyone is partying...most ppl come there for quiet
