Great Location, you can Watch and Ride the Cable Cars. Room had enough space.

The bathrooms were not really clean. The people left the bathrooms in a horrible state (wc not flushed or even overflown/congested). You could smell weed.

The helpful staff and a really good location.

Our room was clean except some rubbish had been left in the bin from a previous guest. The share bathrooms were kept reasonably clean, though the hall carpets were a bit dirty and the smell of smoke/cannabis from nearby rooms was unpleasant.

The room itself was clean, a bit aged and battered but clean. The rest of the hotel while old, was VERY dirty! Hair in shower. Urine in unflushed toilet. We left after being woken up with COCKROACHES crawling on us in bed!! That’s really horrible.

The staff was so friendly It was in a great part of town right next to a bunch of shops and restaurants, and the room was very clean.

There was a very strange smell and the facilities needed updating.
