Great location, reasonable room and facilities, far enough out of the main centre not to be affected by night life noise etc

The fire alarm went off at 4am on the morning I was due to leave. No guidance on what to do or where to go. Half the people staying there never even got out the building, management weren’t checking people have got out safely. Once issue was resolved still no further guidance if it was safe to go back ended up asking the fire crew and they said yes in the end it was a false alarm. The process was absolute shambles.

I loved the room and our private bathrooms was amazing

The overnight person in the lobby was very rude

Clean in a safe neighborhood but still economical

It was clean, and I felt safe at an exceptionally reasonable price.

Hotel was very old, but clean. Was located on the tram tracks to downtown San Francisco. Could not walk far as Hotel was on a hill, so was hard, but tram was great.

Elevator was a bit creepy. There was a lot of people hanging around outside, which was also worrying. Glad they had 24 hour staff.
