Next to a Denny’s which was nice

Didn’t have room we booked upon arrival. Went out to dinner and came back to a waterfall on the inside of the room just at the doorway so we were forced to get soaked by dirty roof water multiple times due to a leak and deteriorating ceiling. Were offered two other rooms that smelled like urine soaked carpeting and a third that had no bedding whatsoever and the furniture was all over the room.

They gave us a room without services, they changed our room and the room they gave us was occupied, we cancelled and they still charged for the room.

hey changed me a completely different price and still have not gotten my deposit back I even left a day earlier because we found bugs and paw prints on the beds this hotel should be shut down I still want my deposit

There was roaches in our room after we were upgraded, supposedly.
