The room had dead roaches the bathroom looked like it had mold. Customer service was by far the worst I have experienced in my life they refused to change our sheets that were go eyed in makeup. Never again!!!!

Excellent bath room and shower

The front desk attendant didn't make me feel welcomed. Needed to contact the front desk to set up a room TV. Barking dogs interrupted my sleep

Roaches, dirty rooms, etc.

This was the worst place I have ever visited. I should have never even walked in. From the moment I walked up to get my key people were already complaining. I proceeded to my room. In the hallway to get to my room. There were people playing with live wires, smoking crack and meth, kids pissing on the wall. I went into my room which I am sure there were bugs. Foil used for drugs on the bathroom floor. I spent my night walking around because they did not offer me a refund. Wouldn't even give me a trash bag for my suitcase so my clothes wouldn't get wet in the rain before my trip. Horrible people and customer service!

It was really outdated, dirty and only one elevator worked way in the front of the building and of course my room was way on the other side so I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs or park in the front and take the elevator and carry all my luggage about 100 yards to my room.

I was first placed in a room where the air Was not working. I was then transferred to another room where a syringe needle was found. I think there needs to be a more thorough cleaning done.

Cleanliness, towels replaced.
