Staff didnt clean the room as we stayed for 12 days

crooked they charge twice, it is a common method of theirs, read the reviews it will be corroborated by this. They are scrum rat people, don't come here at all. Make sure to book elsewhere and check your bank accounts.

Where do I start.. we had to go to three rooms because they were not clean. Hair in the bathtub (I bought cleaning products at the dollar store so I could at least clean the tub and use it) there was food in the fridge and the microwave, dirt and paint on the bedsheets, white towels were very visibly not clean) garbage in the rooms including condom wrappers and used utensils, this was disgusting. The listing promised coffee machine there was none and tv didn’t work. Toilet wouldn’t flush so we had to go to Dennys Nextdoor many times. The bedsheets had knife slices in them and the shades wouldn’t close so we didn’t feel safe at all. Neighbors smoked in non smoking rooms and our room smelled like and visibly had mold we left way early because I have asthma. This place resembled a homeless shelter. I really hated it here and I wouldn’t ever come back. It was extremely late and we had driven all day so we just slept in our clothing on top of one of our own blankets and dealt with it but please DO NOT STAY HERE.

The staff. Our room was pretty clean.

This place was unsafe and disgusting. We needed a key card to get in the building to our room but the door was already broken so anybody could get in. The hallway was stinky, dirty and the floors were sticky. The lock pad on our door was loose and felt like you only needed to kick it to break down the door.

Check in was fast but once we head to the room, we open the door and the tv was on and there was clothes in the bed and shoes ¡THE ROOM WAS OCCUPIED!

The staff was nice and accommodating

I did not like the area, there were a lot of people hanging out, arguing, smoking etc. We stayed for 2 hours and found another hotel. It was horrible there's rentedthe studio ^ portion of the hotel. Never again.
