I saw a drug exchange as I was looking for my room that I wasn't told was behind a hidden door. I saw prostitution and a creepy security guard. I also witnessed police activity on the premises. Lots of activity in one location. I didn't like the fact that the front desk deliberately gave me access to a room that they knew was under construction. Had me on a wild goose chase to find this room only to find out the bathroom was under construction. then have to walk to the front to correct their errors and now they give me a new room and I finally get a remote for the TV. what gives? The front desk was rude and they assumed I wanted to steal their remote like come on am I that hard out for a remote. The rooms were filthy and I mean filthy I saw gnats, and cockroaches which I even mentioned but they didn't seem to care. guess they're used to the filth. the bathroom was icky dirty and the shower had mold I was disgusted to walk around barefoot or even step in the shower without my slides. The front desk is rude I witnessed them make cash deals and play dumb while other card-paying patrons are in their presence. the rooms stink of smoke and funky tweaker smell like ammonia and Body odor. The hallway was filthy and to top it off they wanted to blame me for ashes or whatever they had pictures of only to not give me my deposit back. I could go on and on about this topic.
