"Find an alternative."

Bed was comfortable.

It was incredibly loud, we were aware of the proximity to the road when we booked, but there were zero efforts to reduce traffic noise (single glazing). The bathroom was pretty grim and there were hairs all in the sheets on the bed. Lots of other hotel residents around, many of whom were under the influence of alcohol/drugs. It didn’t feel particularly safe.

The price was ok. They had a nice refrigerator and microwave

The room wasn't up to par. My room key didn't work. The hot water didn't work my TV didn't work

Location

Gave us the wrong room. Kids slept on tile floor they had no pillows or blankets and the water does not stay warm
