Wonderful location, Nice view, fantastic staffs and comfortable hotel

one room was stinking badly. we have booked two room but able to use only one. the bathroom and room stinking very badly.

Good location, AC available, and good price.

There were marks and stains all over our sheets, duvet and pillows. It did not feel clean at all.

The staff were super nice and helpful. They arranged motorbikes for us and on the last day they stored our bags the whole day before our bus ride. It was located conveniently close to the center of Sapa, while still being away from its noise.

The rooms were fitted with what you needed, however, the floor/carpet on the floor could use a touch up, as it looked a bit unclean and quite used.

Room was spacious, had everything mentioned in the reservation, staff was very helpful

On bathroom tiles there were placed extra wooden terrace tiles and they never fully dries up, not to mention that they are never removed and washed so all the dirt stays under them on the bathroom tiles and it stinks.
