Good place, good location, good value

- heated blanket - cheap - right next to the bus stop

- slightly out of town - room was cold

Very nice room. The staff were amazing.

Really poor management. We booked the hotel because it’s a 6-7 min walk from where the bus drops you off. They say the front desk is open 6 AM to 12 o’clock midnight but we waited there from 6 AM until 7:15 for the owner to wake up. We called all three phone numbers. Two of the phones were just sitting at the front desk and the other never answered. After waiting and wondering around the hotel for over an hour, I found an older lady who then found the owner to wake him up to check us in. The room is advertised to have a balcony but it does not. The hallway outside the rooms is open on one side. The WiFi does not work. There is also a loud construction site right down the street. The owner doesn’t provide ear plugs or even know where to buy them. The location itself, despite being close to where some buses drop off, is not a good location relative to everything else in the city. There will be plenty of drivers willing to take you anywhere when you get off the bus. Just go with them to a hotel worth staying at.

Really good location to the bus stop, nice place and good little balcony area infront of the apartment, comfy beds. Not too far from the main bit of the town. Guy who worked there was friendly

Bathroom wasn’t very clean and shower was cold

We loved the location of the hotel. The room was comfortable and we were glad there was nice hot water and an electric blanket, which kept us nice and warm at night. The room was spacious and clean.

I like staff here, they supported me very quickly whatever i need. the room is nice, clean. outside view is widely and cool

Chat Homestay is a beautiful homestay! And cheap, not too far from sapa center, let me check in early! There is coffee available on site. No breakfast available, maybe as we were the only ones here! The rooms are beautiful, lots of balcony terraces and THE BED HAS AN ELECTRIC BLANKET! I REPEAT! ELECTRIC BLANKIES 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Im sorry I didnt get the very helpful man on the desks name but he was so patient and kind to me when I was confused with booking, helped to arrange tours, and had an umbrella ready for me when needed 😊

I didnt like that we were the only ones here! This place would be wonderful full of people
