Very friendly staff, everything clean and well looked after. Just outside the noise of the city center but still very easily walkable. Easy to reach all buses from here.b

It was in prime location(opp to Sapa bus station), with clean and tidy rooms. The mountain view from the room was a nice touch yet the price was affordable. The beds were comfortable and had a heater to keep us warm in the cold weather. The host was warm and kind. They also help you with the taxi or tour bookings.

Very clean, spacious, good price, great view, off the street and quiet location, shared balcony, staff don’t speak English but are very accommodating and friendly, they really go the extra mile and communicate well through google translate. For some reason the hotel says permanently closed on Apple Maps, but it is open.

The balcony with Mountain View es really beautiful und cozy.

The room was to big and a bit cold for me alone. Unfortunately, no real window.

Close to main sapa center. Showers had hot water. Decently clean. Staff was extremely nice and helped us get in when we had to check in late because our bus from Ha Giang arrived late at night. Very affordable price.

Bed was very hard. Only had two pillows and a very thin blanket and no heater when it was very cold at night to sleep.

Quiet!...away from the beeping motorbikes. Nice little communal area for a beer at night.
