The mattress heaters were very nice and comfortable.

The staff seemed pretty uncomfortable around Western tourists. Didn't really make me feel welcome at this place. Also be aware that there are karaoke places nearby that blast their songs at an uncomfortably loud volume. Of course that's not the hotels fault, but it makes an early night's sleep basically impossible.

Lucky us we stayed only one night

Was freezing in Sapa, man at reception with face mask because " flu epidemic ", but they pretend us to pay extra 50.000 dong to check in 2 hours before check in time (room was empty and clean ready to go) , extra 50.000.dong for aircon heater and once we ask only for one extra blanket they told us they were fully booked 😂. Man at reception was always calling a lady might be owner or manager, that lady should be running a casino not a homestay.

This was one of my favorite accommodations during our stay in Vietnam and i would definitely come here again. The room was big, clean and had a great view of the mountains. There was also a water kettle and hairdryer, plus microwave and cutlery down on the 1st floor. The nice staff cleaned the room everyday and brought new towels and water bottles. Since we visited during winter it was really cold but thankfully the beds were equipped with heating blankets.

I like everything. The room was comfortable and big And the staff was amazing.
