"Not the best option in Sapa"

The room has a beautiful view but when you go to the hotel you have to climb a hill. The bed are hard but ok for one night.

During the check in process the receptionist hardly looked at me, after one night bus from Hanoi i would expect a better welcome. I went down at night to smoke a cigarett outside and I saw a rat passing by the reception.

The staff was very friendly and helpful – always ready to assist, and it was easy to communicate and make arrangements with them. Towels were changed daily, we received a free bottle of water every day, and the bed linen was changed every two days. The location is a bit outside the city center, but still easily accessible by foot, motorbike, or car. A very pleasant stay and excellent service! :)
