Muong Thanh Luxury Ha Long Centre II

The view of the Halong Bay was excellent from hotel room. Breakfast was good. Very near to Bai Chay Harbour from where our cruise started. Sunworld is just across the road, entire Sunworld was visible from the hotel room. Price was also reasonable. We had a very nice stay. There are three hotels in the same names adjacent to each other, so got bit confused while arriving.

Very hard to communicate in English with the staff. Incontinence breakfast, different from day to day due to over capacity

We had very nice view of the roller coaster in the amusement park and view of Ha Long Bay. There were numerous eateries within easy walking distance. The breakfast was sumptuous and offered a wide range of choices, mostly aimed at Asian guests.

It's not a 5-star hotel by international standard.

Spacious rooms. Nice view of the bay and amusement park. Close to restaurants. We were allowed to check in 2 hours early. Nice infinity pool and play area for kids. Extensive breakfast choices for Asian taste. Waitstaff was very attentive. We would stay here again next time in town.

Check out was slow. We requested to have our luggage picked up from our 2 rooms (we had 3 children under 7) but waited so long we ended up moving the luggage ourselves. The head receptionist apologized.

Good size bedrooms with the nice added extra of a kitchen in the two bed family suite Breakfast was good but served in a large conference type facility

It appeared unfinished - for example the gym was poorly equipped and other communal areas were soulless - also quite noisy

Excellent service, great room size and amenities.

Staff struggle to communicate. It's understandable but just make sure to use a translator app as they're english is limited. Aside from that, perfect!
