Good location close to local restaurants, Sunworld amusement park & Ha Long Bay cruises port. Spacious and comfortable rooms, very helpful staff

We came during national holiday and hotel was fully packed. There are only 4 mid size elevators for 32 floors hotel so it took ages to get a lift (we have go up with others to get down later being in the elevator already)

"Ghost town"

Good location, nice pool area, great views

Room not that clean, paper clip and crumbs on carpet. Nice view. Noisy despite being on a high floor. Halong is a weird town. Half deserted with empty hotels and restaurants. They’re really missing the Chinese who are not allowed to travel here at the moment
