Breakfast was quite good.

Staffs are not professional. There were lot of insects in my room.

It was way too loud in the evening and at night because of the loud music, heavy bass from the bars at the beach

We did like leaving this hotel

The buffet breakfast was terrible The noise at night till 1am from the loudest speakers you could imagine kids couldn't sleep neither could parents. Beds are average Charged us to use the tea spoons Food was below par even if it was a 3 star 🌟

Great location to get to the theme park and water park.

Very smelly room and hallway, due to carpet. Elevators are horrible. They dont work properly and skip floors occasionally. The hotel handle big group very poorly

Everyone was very helpful and kind, the building is very beautiful.

The elevator always skips to pick up, so waiting takes too long.
