Friendly stuff help us with booking taxi to Hanoi without cash, especially helpful and kind was Thuy Pham :) she speaks english very well. Spacious rooms. Garden with pond on the top floor.

Firm bed and paper thin walls, breakfast was possible but with limited offer

"Relaxing, Calming and rejuvenating"

The hotel was so clean and ordered with the kindest and most helpful staff I have encountered helping us book a train and assisting with check in and check out. The rooftop garden is amazing and peaceful and serene and was a perfect place to relax.

The location is in a slightly isolated area of Ha Long with mostly upscale restaurants serving international food which is really only an issue if you’re looking for local cheap street food.
