Very good hotel. Exceptional ambience. We loved it!

The building is very nice and well flowered. The staff very prompt to help you. As I asked for a drink on the evening, despite the bar was closed the staff accepted to prepare me what I wanted. The room is very comfortable, quiet and spacious enough

The location is quiet but maybe too quiet, there is almost nothing to do or to eat near from the hotel.

The only thing that you didn’t like was the bed, not comfortable 😔

The Paris of Dragon Bay hotel truly provided me with an exceptional experience during my vacation in Ha Long. Throughout the 4 days and 3 nights I spent here, I couldn't help but praise the excellent quality of the services offered by the hotel. From the moment of booking to my departure, everything was flawless. I was deeply impressed by the luxurious and sophisticated ambiance of the hotel. The spacious room was equipped with modern amenities and offered a splendid view of Ha Long Bay. The bathroom was also upscale, featuring high-quality amenities. The professional and enthusiastic staff at the Paris of Dragon Bay truly stood out. From my arrival to my departure, they were always ready to share useful information and assist with any inquiries I had. The room service was consistently maintained with cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring a comfortable environment for me to relax. Not only in terms of service, but the hotel's dining options were also praiseworthy. The diverse and delicious breakfast menu, served at the hotel's restaurant, was a highlight. Each meal was a delightful experience, thanks to the flavorful dishes and attentive service. Lastly, I must commend the team's dedication and attentiveness, including their enthusiasm in providing recommendations for dining, entertainment, sightseeing, and other assistance. They truly went above and beyond to enhance my experience.

The exterior decor and the beautiful neighbourhood. Plenty of coffee spots around the hotel , but not dinner or lunch spots.

The bathroom shower is fashionable, but not easy to use and it was difficult to move around..

Beautiful exterior, room was clean.

Hotel felt quite dated and the surrounding area was vacant, lacking amenities such as shops and restaurants.
