The hotel was modern, very clean, the tv had Netflix on it which was great, the bed was really comfy and the staff where very helpful.

"Beautiful hotel, at a great price, in a quiet spot."

A beautifully decorated hotel, in a quiet part of Ha Long Bay. The staff and the owner made me feel very welcome and were always very helpful. The thing that distinguishes this place from many other hotels is the incredible array of plants and greenery.

There was very little to dislike. The building was a series of private homes, with internal windows, these compromise the sound proofing to some degree. There were some small issues with the WiFi that the staff were trying to fix.
