Clean and comfortable. Place seems mordern with the big empty entry hall, rooms are spacious, clean, have some practical furniture. Staff was friendly and helpful even though they didn't speak English, we communicated via translator app. Bathroom has ventilation holes covered with mosquito screen, great detail. Bedroom window to veranda also has mosquito screen. We paid 14€/night, very good value for money. Location is good, quiet are and just 10 minute walk to city center. Shops, 7-11, coffee shops and restaurants right next door. One of very few places in Thailand to offer a water dispenser! Great!! Shower separate from toilet, you van shower without getting the whole room wet. Good shower, good pressure, water got hot. Bed was comfortable. Room cleaning is offered but we didn't ask for it.

Mattress and pillows looked quite old, but everything smelled fresh and was comfortable, we didn't have any problems (no bedbugs etc.). The pillows were very heavy and dense, in an ergonomic shape. Not everyone's style, might be better to replace with something more universal. The hallway is big and amplifying noises (echo). One night people were coming and going in the middle of the night and you could hear the beeping of the electric door locks, slamming doors. Electric door lock of hallway was apparently low on battery also and was beeping a lot everytime someone entered. We had loud neighbors who talked and laughed till after midnight. I guess soundproofing is good in general but we still heard them. Would've been great if staff was there to enforce quiet hours. TV wasn't really working, didn't get any channel.

The bed was very big and the room was a good size. Had a fridge with water and the bathroom was clean and had hot water. Staff were friendly.

I arrived before check in and had previously emailed about leaving my bags there until check in time and was told yes. However when I got there, there was no staff anywhere to be found and I waited in the lobby for around 45 minutes before anyone came out. The lady did apologise and was kind and checked me into my room early. I was enjoying the room until the cockroaches started to appear. I went back to reception to ask them to remove them or find me another room but again no one there all night. I managed to remove 2 cockroaches but as the beds are very low to the ground I had very little sleep thinking of the other cockroaches comming in. In the morning I was packing up and another cockroach ran from beneath my bag. I understand you’re going to get some bugs in the ground floor room but not this many cockroaches and with no one at reception to help if you can’t deal with it yourself.

Big room, nice bathroom, 2 minutes away from Red Temple and 10 minutes walk to night bazaar

Such a nice stay in the this hotel. I think it's a mixed of hotel and apartments that can be rented. The room is spacious, and the overall the place is clean. I like that there's a drying area just in case you wash something, you can dry it in the sun.

The owner is very responsive, but the staff who cleans and gives the essentials was not very friendly. Not smiling and always frowning when I asked for something.
