The Unique Resident Chiang Rai

overall okay stay. nothing fancy, rooms are big. poor Wi-Fi to work.

a bit noisy the rooms near the parking lot. we extended the stay, stayed 1 extra day, on the new room there was a huge cockroach walking around. lobby bathroom not cleaned

Good room and nice bed, free coffee/tea from 7-10am, room service every day provided water, new towels and toiletries…very nice area outside, with chairs and pool. Staff were really friendly

room a bit old but nothing to worry about too much, slight far from the centre 15 min walk but it’s ok stil convenient close to local restaurants and 7/11

Awesome bed, really clean, spacious, everything seemed to be recently renovated, good shower room with glass screen. Good security, laundry machine on site for 20 Baht, Free hot and cold water in the lobby,

If there’s something to say would be that you can hear the people talking sometime and reception guy wasn’t there much but all this didn’t bother us much

Big room.

Pillows were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Receiving a face to face contact would have been nice, we were there for 5 days and didn't see anyone during our stay, just communicated via Booking app.

all good to be honest

the staff barely in the front desk, you have to call him if you have any questions or need anything, but he's good service just a little bit hard to find him. There's odd sound from the restroom all night and you can hear the noise outside easily, but for this price can't complain much.

Car park, really hard to park.
