"TV wouldn't work"

Service was awesome with a friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. TV would not work, which seems like such an easy fix that is not a priority.

Great rooftop patio. The extras make this hotel exceptional…wine hour, turndown service, pet friendly, restaurant on site, fitness center. The hotel has a lot of character.
