Really cheap - very good value for the money. Simple room but that's all that was needed. The owner was really nice and helpful - she showed us a map of Hue and where to go. She also does food and drinks which was very handy for breakfast. Really good location for visiting the imperial city.

I arrived late in the evening and the host waited for me to arrive; so nice! I only paid a brief visit to Hué to visit the Citadel. The location was very very convenient for that. It's really just a few minutes walking to the Citadel. I found the lady from the hostel very helpful. The room was nice too. Would recommend staying here.

I loved staying at Viêt Hostel! My main purpose was to visit the Citadel, and it is right around the corner. The bed in the private room was big and comfy, the room was spacious too. The hostess does her best to keep it clean and everything is working properly. She will sit down with you to provide all the necessary info and that was really very helpful. It is a family-run business, so you will contribute highly with your stay. They are so kind that I even got a free transfer to the train station! Thank you Viêt and family!

A little bit noisy in the morning, cause the Citadel parking is in front of it, but it did not really bother me that much.

The owner/manager lady is very helpful and speaks English. She can also offer good price transportation for the tombs. It is located very close to the imperial palace. The place is great value for money for budget travelers. The rooms are very big, the beds are comfortable and there is fast wifi.

Nothing really. It's obviously not a 4 stars hotel. There is no lift, so people with mobility issues may find it difficult to go up the stairs.

The host was extremely kind and generous. She made me feel very welcome and helped in any way she could. The location was perfect, next to the citadel and across from a bridge to head into downtown. The room and hotel was just great.
