Very secure. Modern and clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Limited dinner menu but food is good.

Everything was more than perfect, but what stood out the most was the absolute professionalism & friendliness of all the staff members. I noticed many complaints on Google reviews about the reception staff being rude. In my honest opinion, this is absolute nonsense as Jeanette and all the other reception staff, hosts and catering staff attended to us with the utmost friendliness and went out of their way to accommodate us, without us having to ask for anything or any special favours. Well done to all of you and thank you for making our weekend special!!

Room were luxurious, good property.

Breakfast buffet was very limited options compared to other 4-5 star properties. Also checkin is 2 pm and check out is 10:30 AM , it is like not even 20 hours stay. They are very persistent about checkout time, no matter you checked in late evening . We got little late in checkout due to baby. Constant nagging for an hour and half delay was very unpleasant. Considering the checkin for next guest is at 2 pm. They were rude and even told us that they will charge us for next day if we don't vacate early. I was planning to come again next month, but I wont do it again. Also WIFI was not working properly, its keeps going off all the time, considering the amount they are charging it is not expected.
