There was nothing that we did not enjoy at the hotel. Everything was great. I will be back.

I liked it all. The place is serene. The greenery, quietness. Also, the haze/mist in the morning on a cold winter day. They provide all your hot beverage items, there's an aircon/heater aaaaand enough linen and blankets i believe. Looooove the staff - they were friendly. The massage at the spa by Ms.Karabo was heavenly - recommend.

Just that I wanted an eggs benedict, which was an option in the menu.... But told it was unavailable. However, they made up for it with the delicious bacon and cheese loaded omelet.

"Exceptional and relaxing"

Perfectly located, away from the chaos, it has a country feeling. The hotel is beautiful with very comfy beds! Breakfast is great, with more than enough options. The hotel staff is exceptional, they go out of their way to accommodate their guests!! The hotel is right at the doorstep of the aerial cableway, about 5 minutes walk. I will definitely be back!

Only thing missing for a complete boutique hotel experience are gowns in the rooms, especially now in winter. It would be nice to sit in the balcony early in the morning wrapped in a warm gown having a nice cup of coffee...
