The accommodation was very clean, the hotel staff were extremely attentive and the rooms were private and well appointed. Oh and the views were truly exceptional!

Did not like the cleaner waiting outside the door when we slept in past 9am.

Santorini is a magical place and this resort is located in a perfect location to experience the beauty of Oia and to take in the magical views day, night and of course the amazing sunsets. The resort itself gives you the full Oia experience with its unique design of white domes and winding staircases. We also visited Ammoudi which was another highlight of our visit.

The reason we could not give the resort 10 out of 10 was shortcoming that can easily be fixed and should not be an issue at this price point: - Pod coffee for breakfast was awful - Waiting 30 mins for a table in the morning and not offered any drinks while you wait - Only 330ml of water per person per day - No tea/kettle in the room - Room 10 is interrupted dozens of times per day by tourist taking photos. (all other resorts have a restricted entry) - Bortini onsite restaurant was overpriced and underwhelming (Lower deck & room service food was all very good, just avoid Bortini) This review would have been rated lower if it wasn't for the staff at this resort, doing a great job of dealing with the shortcomings. We hope the above is fixed as we would love to return.

The position of the hotel is perfect just at the beginning of the pedestrian area of Oia. The hotel is immaculate and both pools have breathtaking views of Caldera and Oia. My room was decent in size with Bulgari amenities and an outdoor jacuzzi (and another indoor). Breakfast is a la carte of an outstanding level served by the lower deck pool. Service is great too. Overall a solid choice in the most iconic part of Santorini

Pools are small but considering the location is more than justified. The outdoor jacuzzi was just above A/C engines so it was a bit noisy. No gym in the hotel but available at Nikki Beach (I think I understood this) which is 20’ away.

The view is amazing Staff very friendly and helpful at reception and at breakfast (Sophia was wonderful so warm, well informed and helpful)) they make you feel at home and they are always happy to help.

Rooms and bathrooms are outdated and need some refurbishing. We stayed in several rooms and some were better than others. Some terraces are small Towels are shockingly old Pools are small and stuffy and also can use some refurbishing

A spectacular property in a spectacular location. The restaurants and pool overlook the sea and the Caldera with endless views.

The property is so beautiful and in a perfect location for shopping and views. But the absolute best part was the service from the staff. Very accommodating and the went out of their way to arrange transportation and dinner reservations for us. We can’t wait to return.
