Stairs. No room cleaning. No air conditioning

The room was comfortable with ensure facilities. The location was very good, in the centre of Spa.

We had problems with the hot water, but as soon as we asked it was put on.

The staff was friendly, and the room was nicely decorated and clean. It also came with a water boiler and two bottles of Spa mineral water.

The hotel itself doesn't offer private parking, though public parking is available close by.

Good, very central location, easy access from the railway station.

We have stayed here more than once, and we like it. Excellent location right in the city centre and next to the funiculaire. It's comfortable and the breakfast is very good.

Location is great, good food, very helpful staff especially Anita.

It was central. Found free street parking. Restaurant breakfast huge. Restaurant staff very nice but they just hold keys. Hairdryer with nozzle, hair straighteners.

The address was 9, there are other buildings. Definitely NOT luxurious. Garden furniture as a desk and chairs. No curtains, cheap roller blinds. Fridge with no socket. No hand soap, (empty bottle) tiny towels. Sachets of instant coffee and tea. 2 small bottles of water not replenished. Bare vinyl floor. No wardrobe. Room not made up in 3 days. One pillow each. No full length mirror. Cow skin rug in bathroom. No manager, (or deets in folder) restaurant handled keys, they were very nice.
