There was a terrible smell in the room. I heard another quest also complaining about is. Just one of the waiters spoke English.

this is not a hotel. it’s a restaurant with some rooms and separate apartments which are rented as hotel rooms. there are no traditional hotel facilities and the rooms are in a different location to that listed on booking.com. facilities are poor. no toilet roll. cheap bed sheets and mattress with no protector.

overall great place, I was a bit surprised that it's more a restaurant than a hotel but rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable

Location, great altough there is no direct connection with Spa-francorchamps racetrack and uber doesn't have any cars there so if you aren't there by car it's basically only local taxis for you

the location was excellent and staff were really friendly and helpful.

this was not a luxury room. it wasn't even ensuite. while the staff told me that I would therefore have the floor to myself, there was actually someone checked in right next door. the walls were thin enough to hear into their room. if the staff weren't so nice, I would have been extremely upset as the room wasn't cheap.
