great location in central Pai village opposite 7/11, nice little hotel bungalow style, free coffee and water is a great bonus, and a nice little terrace, shower did go hot if you put it on slowly. beds and pillow were really hard so if you don’t like that then don’t go here but we were happy enough with it

it was good value

one of our group is very fussy sleeping on firm mattress. He stop moaning about hard the mattress was.
