The member of staff who checked us in made us aware of his disappointment that we had rented scooters from somewhere else. The facilities are super basic. The bed was rock hard.

I thought it was very central. The staff were very friendly. Very pleasant.

Central location, yet quiet. Each room had its own door onto a little veranda with chairs and onto a central courtyard area. It was walking distance from tourist walking street and from the main Pai high street and market. Plenty of restaurants and street food around. Coffee sachets and tea bags provided with hot water in the mornings available At reception. Mini fridge in room. Air con worked well and was lovely and quiet.

The pillows were solid. Very uncomfortable. Hot water for making a drink was not regularly available.

This is a good place to stay. Central location but not loud at night.

There weren't any problems. I'll stay there again.
