Royal Berk Hotel

Royal berk hotel is near çumhuriat street ,that is main street in Van for shopping. That has famous turkish and another brands such as: koton,Defacto,mavi and etc located in this area. Hotel's staff was kind , neat , polite. This hotel serves to achieve 4th stars . Lobby is so nice and chic, but the alley of hotel is not good because the salespersons make crowded. Reception was active and always said : right a way

Good location at heart of shopping, big rooms & clean & silent, nice & friendly staff, not a good breakfast, it feels like a 4star in turkey, I stayed there for 2 nights & enjoyed the stayed, The hotel is 200m away from van avm which is the biggest shopping mall of van. I recommend it!!!

Now I'm in van city and Royal berk hotel. Royal berk not a 3star hotel, because has 4star features. Most of the 3 star hotels in van doesn't have air conditioner but Royal berk has. This hotel located in heart of the shopping disttict of van. Last thing is staff, all of staff such as reservation desk and servants are very very kind and so polite.

We stayed in the Royal Berk for 5 nights and we loved every minute spent there. The hotel is located perfectly in the city center but we couldn't hear any noise from the street. The room was very large and the bed very comfy. The kahvalti (breakfast) is great with a lot to choose from, the breakfast room is a little dark but it didn't bother us. Many restaurants options a few steps from the hotel. We would like to thank the whole Royal Berk staff for their kindness and help. Wishing you all the best.

Customer service makes or breaks it for any enterprise and young Sefer is destined for a great career in the hospitality industry. Van is at the eastern end of the Turkish earth. Not a whole lot of English speakers hanging around, even driving taxis. Sefer went to university in Antalya, our expat home, and understands the tourist's expectations as well as our limitations. The Berk is in the city center, yet easy to get lost walking around the block. Thanks to Sefer's taxi-ferry-bus-map-cost-confirmation arrangements my wife and I got to see, eat and do everything on our list. We took the bus from the airport and thanks to divine intervention found the Royal Berk - next time I'll overrule my frugal partner and take a taxi.

This is a relatively modern and well located hotel in Van. We got a very nice and spacious room for our family of four. The staff was very friendly and diligent. A block away from the hotel you can find the best breakfasts in Van so this is a great choice!

I stayed at this hotel july 2014 for 2 nights .hotel team are helpful .hotel is clean .rooms are big and it has enough space .beds quality is good.it has air conditioner. the location is very well .easy acess in heart of city with a short distance you are able to find big and famous brands such as Mavi ,waikiki, nike,.... the only thing that i did not like was the hotel light is not enough and area for breakfast small. but overall when you consider price and facikit

Hotel is located in heart of city center, close to retail stores and many good restaurants. We stayed in a large suite for 4 people, which was beautifully decorated and perfectly clean. Bathroom was renovated with brand new sanitary fixtures. Breakfast was also delicious. Moreover, the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, although they could hardly speak English. The only problem we faced was that air conditioning stopped working in mid August, and because of Eid-al-Fitr holidays the reception could not find any technicians.

We decided to skip staying in Dogubeyazit because of slim pickings for hotels there and they are smoky. We Chose Royal Berk Hotel in Van and we are glad we did. We had a pleasant, clean large room for a reasonable price including a substantial breakfast. We were able to park our car in front and rely on taxi service for a day trip. The best part was the service. Mr Sefer at the front desk spoke good English having had American training and was exceedingly helpful. When we needed to find some fruit, a bellboy came with us to show us the way. When we gave the staff a watermelon they reciprocated with a fruit plate. Next came an offer for some tea. There was nothing they would not do for us. The location is central and the community very pleasant. For wifi folks it was free and good.

I've been there for 2 nights. Location: 1 minute walk to city center in quite and safe neighborhood, Staffs: cant speak English at all, but very kind and polite and also helpful. Rooms: very beautiful decoration and completely clean, beds are so soft and comfortable, Mini bar:none and refrigerator is empty, but you can call for free tea any time. Room Facilities: towel dryer,hair dryer,clothes hanger, safe box, high speed wi-fi,Concave mirror, shower cabin, shampoos and clean towels. Price: it depends on the season but never forget to haggle. Breakfast: the variety isn't very much but you can find some Delicious dairies and jams. Also this hotel is a diamond in Van city but there are some negative points also: - there are no tooth brushes and toothpastes. - you can talk clearly without any noises to your beside's rooms by WC canals !!! - radiator and towel dryer are off during the day. - no pool. I've seen about 10 hotels in Van city, This hotel is one of the best in this town.
