The hotel staff were wonderful—kind, polite, and always helpful. In particular, Nastaran stood out as an exceptional receptionist. She was not only extremely polite but also consistently attentive and eager to help with anything I needed. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly enhanced my experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The internet was very poor and disconnecting frequently. I’m they clean the rooms but not a deep cleaning. The shower tiles were brownish of dirt, the kettle area was dirty and seemed uncleaned for a long time. There was aircon in the room but it’s not working when I asked the staff they said the weather is good and we turned it off centrally. So the room was very stuffy. There was a small window that when you opened it the smell of smoking was entering or noise of people talking…

Cleaning of beds need to be review seriously

I asked to turn on the air conditioner. But I was told it can only be turned on from 1 July. What a rip off?!!! So I had to sweat all the day and night.

Staff and poor breakfast quality with stale food and tea

My family stayed there. TV had problems and nobody fixed them. The room was cold and the staff did not provide any heat fan or something for them. My family asked for water to drink and the staff answered very rudely instead of helping.
