Royal Berk Hotel

Late check-in due to the room not being ready; we had to wait until 14:30 for the floor to dry. Although we booked a 90 sqm room, we were given a 24 sqm room with three beds pushed together, which was quite disappointing. The staff took our passports and initially said they would return them only at check-out; they were returned only after we insisted. The Wi-Fi was poor, even the paid option was difficult to use. Overall cleanliness was below expectations, and the towels were not well sanitized and had an unpleasant smell.

The fifth floor did not have elevator (only first 4 floor had elevator) and no-one helped me carry my baggage there, a bit weird map to my room

We have been staying in this hotel for 4 nights with my wife. The best thing about Royal berk is its location. You can walk to shopping centers such as van mall and AVM mall. In addition , it is just a cupple of minutes far from main discos like festa. You can walk to şemsieh street, maraş , van musum and best restaurants of van. The gestures of staff in this hotel was great and they treat respectfully. They were skilled in speaking farsi. Break fast was good enough for a 3 stars hotel. Rooms were clean and every day you can ask for room service. Tottally I strongly recommend you reseving this hotel.

The reception staff was very helpful, particularly Mr. Mesut, who assisted me in scheduling a comfortable trip for my parents to return home safely. As long as he is the manager of this hotel, I am confident I can trust him. The other staff members are invaluable as well, and they speak Farsi, which is an advantage for Iranian guests. The breakfast is terrific. The rooms are clean and odor-free. There is an air conditioner available for the summer months. Compared to other hotels in the area, this one truly deserves its 5-star rating. Wonderful location!

This place has some minor issues. But compared to other big disadvantages of surrounding hotels in the area, they can easily be overlooked..

This is a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, particularly the receptionist, Mesut. Its location is excellent, as it is conveniently situated in the city center. However, one minor drawback is that the breakfast menu lacks variety, as the options remain largely the same every day.
