L'hôtel est très bien place, la piscine super! Le plateau de fruit de mer excellent !

La chambre 1 très bruyante à cause de la route et des scooter garés juste derrière. On a dû changer de chambre et payer un supplément.

The young staff were lovely and helpful

We had noise issues to the extent I wore noise cancelling headphones in our unit. Music from the bar and the hotel next door was loud. We asked to be moved but no rooms available. We had a seafront unit and while lovely there was no privacy at all. The manager was unfriendly all the time unlike the young staff who were lovely.

The hotel itself was honestly beautiful. The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable, the bed was amazing, and the whole atmosphere and surroundings made the stay really enjoyable. Most of my experience here was very positive and relaxing.

Unfortunately, there was one major issue with communication and professionalism at the reception with guy named Yana, that seriously affected my stay. Originally, I had two separate bookings — first for a deluxe double room and then for a sea-view suite apartment. After arriving, the hotel suggested I cancel the Booking.com reservation because they could offer me a better direct price. I spoke on the phone with a staff member named Yana, who confirmed everything clearly, gave me the new price, and I paid directly as agreed. On the day I was supposed to move to the suite, I packed my things, informed reception that my room was ready for cleaning for the next guests, and went to check into the apartment. That’s when I was suddenly told there had been a “miscommunication” and that the suite had already been given to someone else. Even after showing proof of payment and explaining the full situation, one staff member was extremely rude, dismissive, and basically implied that I was lying. What made this even more upsetting is that two staff members — one from the massage area and one from the bar — confirmed that my version of events was true and that the agreement had indeed happened. Instead of taking responsibility immediately, I was left waiting for hours without knowing where I would stay. It was already around 4 PM and I was literally left in limbo while they tried to contact head office. The lack of communication, empathy, and professionalism during this situation was very stressful and unnecessary from Yana, the girl from reception really tried to help. An apology only came after I specifically asked for one form Yana. To be fair, the hotel eventually tried to offer compensation with a free night in the original room, but that still did not solve the issue because I had specifically booked and paid for the suite apartment.
