Salt Resort & Spa

My experience at Salt Resort & Spa has been absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I had quite a few questions and even needed to modify my booking to extend my stay, and the team handled everything with ease and kindness. A special thank you to Agus, who was incredibly helpful in arranging a massage and organizing transportation to Lempuyang Temple—everything was seamless and stress-free. The level of service here truly stands out. The staff are attentive, responsive, and genuinely care about your experience. The resort itself is beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy Bali. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely return in the future!

Ziet er gezellig uit. Personeel restaurant erg vriendelijk. Zit je ook heerlijk voor het ontbijt.

Jammer dat het stuk strand om mooi te snorkelen zo ver weg is. 30 minuten lopen. Hotel biedt verder geen shuttle of zo hiervoor. Personeel van de receptie mocht wat meer moeite doen. Taxi was bijvoorbeeld naar hun zeggen te duur en pinnen was te ver weg ...Tja, dan ga je het zelf maar uitzoeken.

On nous avait promis 20 minutes de massage offert, mais toujours complet donc nous sommes repartis sans....

The hotel was nice, the pool was great, the food was okay.

The extra bed was not that comfortable. The shower did not drain and flooded the entire bathroom every shower, even after 2 goes at trying to fix it. There were small crabs running around in our room and bathroom. The beach was polluted with plastic and people nearby were burning piles of plastic. No power points near extra bed, needed to run a cable across the floor. Overall, we thought the price for our room was not value for money.

Équipement rudimentaire ( manque de prises de courant) et vieillissant, les 20min de massage offert n’ont pas pu être honorés.

This is my 4th time staying at Salt. It is a lovely small place, with beautiful staff. Highly recommend.

The staff were extremely friendly and made sure our stay was memorable. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved being right at the pool. The food was beautiful with a great selection. I would highly recommend staying there.

Not that easy to walk to shops, you could only go so far from the beach access and walking the road felt a bit unsafe at times
