The room, facilities and view were amazing. Great value for money

The staff were very friendly however I requested if they could possibly do something for our friends birthday to make it special - I was more than willing to pay for it - even a written message for when he arrived - the response was that they were too busy with check in and check outs - and yet the place was not busy and there were 5 staff sitting on their phones when we arrived - I think anything out of the ordinary is too much trouble - a pity as it could have also been extra revenue for them. Once the roads are fixed (outside of their control) it will be a great location

The view from the hotel is very good towards the sea and agung mountain

- The room is smelly of toilet. We have been staying in this hotel for few times and always smelly toilet. We informed to the receptionist but they just said they will have a look. - Breakfast is always awful - Staffs are ok not friendly, they'll talk when they want to

A little out of the way, but I had a scooter thank goodness. Not a lot of evening options walking distance.

Sporco e struttura fatiscente

Très bel établissement, nous avons eu une super vue sur la mer très calme. Le restaurant est bon et pas cher. L’hôtel Po Se également des palmes masqué et Tuba pour un prix correct afin de faire du Esnault Ling devant l’hôtel. Super piscine ! On peut accéder à la Terrasses qui nous permet une vue splendide pour 1 super lever de soleil ☀️

La clim était un peu bruyante. Dommage

The toast was dry and like cardboard. The coffee was served first, so was cold after eating the breakfast.

loved large balcony and distance from Lipah Beach

needs some maintenance. large mold patches in rooms, easy covered with paint. There are numerous stairs to be mindful of, and no shade so very hot.
