Mango 5 Hotel

The location is fantastic. Close to cafes and the beach but just back off the main road. Quiet apart from some birds which we liked. The staff were very friendly and helpful.they organised a laundry service and taxi for us. The smart tv worked well. The pool was lovely and clean. Nice and small with not too many guests. Felt safe, secure, and private. Breakfast was lovely. Close to large supermarkets, tour guides, restaurants/ cafes, and smaller stalls. I don't think it's as bad as other reviews have said. The price reflects the state of the place. We would stay again.

The bed was a bit hard, and some of the facilities are a bit rough/run down. Very small things, nothing major.

The location was good, and the owners daughter, who was managing the reception, was very kind.

The actual apartments were down a little dirt alleyway that was quite dark at night. There was TV in the room that did not work. Because the cable wire was too short to reach the plug behind the Tzv. The water from the shower came out of the side of the shower head as a pipe. The room needed a coat of paint to brighten it up. The sofa was filthy. No bedside lamps and no wardrobes or hanging rail for clothes.

The apartment was wonderful! Nice and big. Rimba cafe was close which is so good!

The location was not great- if you like animals don't stay here..

Location was great for us, handy renting the scooter from the accommodation, apartment room was really comfortable, and we enjoyed having the couch and the bed to enjoy relaxing on. Pool was also nice to lounge in. Leo picked us up from the airport which was super helpful, and Michelda was helpful as well.

We stayed in the apartment and the kitchen hadn't been cleaned properly, ants in the cupboards and along the walls. Not many cooking items.

Location and value

Set back off the Main Street, only a handful of villas . Rooms nice and space as is the bathroom
