The place is 3 minutes from the beach, also near a supermarket, restaurants and ATM. It is in a quiet area, with a small kitchen if you want to use and a swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and responsive to your needs

The internet connection didn’t work at all in my room which was a bit bothersome. Also the swimming pool was not so clean. The bathroom door in my room didn’t close, which was okay for me as I traveled alone but maybe if you travel with someone, not so comfortable

Owner was very helpful, our taxi dropped us off at the wrong location on the way there and he arranged transport to collect us. We offered to pay for this service and he declined our offer. Arranged transport (his son) to drive us to our next stop. Very delightful young man. Breakfast was delicious, banana pancakes cooked by owners wife each morning. Plenty of restaurants to choose from on main road.

Tub wasn't working. Towels smelled. Pool wasn't possible to use, because it was very dirty. No one cared about it. I was spending there couple of days and I had breakfast included but I got offered breakfast only once during my stay.

Little but nice and comfy hotel. The apartment was nice, modern furnitures: big desk with proper desk chair, sofa, TV, bedside tables, comfy bed and a small equipped kitchen with fridge and water gallon. Responsive and friendly people working there. Medium size swimming pool with some beanbags to chill on (no au beds like on the picture). L oh cation is great, behind Rimba cafe (highly recommended!) and walking distance to the main beach and all restaurants, cafe, shops, diving centres etc. It’s quiet. The roasters didn’t bother us as they seems to be quite far away. The jungle is just a the door 😊

Location was good with cafe in front and a warung a short stroll to watch the ocean and rent snorkel gear. Staff was so pleasant and was onsite to greet us at check in. Breakfast was provided daily. Aircon worked perfectly. They even cleaned our room after only two days.

The roosters crowing 24/7 but honestly they can’t help that. If you have an aversion to roosters, stay elsewhere.

Great location for exploring all Amed has to offer, not too far from great snorkelling and lots of places to eat really good food locally, spacious apartment with good WiFi
