Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Gute Lage

Für den Preis liegt ein Frühstück drin. 😉

Chambre 8, 3eme étage sur rue La localisation à la sortie de la gare, directement si on sait qu'il faut prendre une sortie latérale pour éviter de se retrouver dans la grand place; on avait choisi pour ça. Tout était propre, un peu de sel, poivre... liquide vaisselle et éponge neuve, 2 torchons, des doses de café, de lait et sucre. Hélas, pour le thé, que du earl grey ou de la camomille, très dur le matin. Le double vitrage très efficace En bas de l'hotel il y a un sushi et un bon restaurant indien, sinon plus loin, tout ce qu'on chercherait en fastfood

Rien, sauf absence de thé noir La rue est piétonne, que des restaurants à la suite, donc la nuit, impossible de dormir fenêtres ouvertes car les fêtards bourrés... Mais il y a un double vitrage très efficace. On est tombés en mai lors du dome de chaleur

The location turned out to be better than expected. It was close to the train station, walkable to the recommended sights to see in Old Town, and many restaurants to choose from. The room was spacious, included a kitchette, sofa and chairs and an renovated bathroom. It also contained a bunk bed. The room was very secure requiring a code to be entered 3 times to access our room.

This was our first experience with a non-reception hotel. We were provided a code to get in and the room number which worked fine but we had concerns what to do if it didn't work. The upgraded bathroom has a new shower pan which was very slippery. A rubber mat or stickers would be helpful to prevent falling. The mattressess were hard, no give to them at all.

Location away from centre but on a tram line which makes it handy to get around, and in an area with lots of shops and restaurants/cafes. The staff (possibly the manager) was there with a friendly welcome. I accidentally left something behind when we checked out but he contacted me to notify me and even sent photos so I could identify what I'd forgotten and give instructions about what to do. That, to me, is top service.

I would not say I didn't like it, but the bathroom was unusual - down a corridor within the room. Different but still nice.

Wonderful studio apartment in the heart of Bern. Cooked basic meals, very comfortable bed. Owner was kind, gracious and helpful. Close to train station and local attractions. Highly recommend!
