O quarto é enorme, as camas e travesseiros muito confortaveis. A cozinha tem utensílios, tudo novo e elegante. O hotel fica proximo da estação de trem e também da parte turistica. O responsável foi atencioso no check in e nos enviou as instruções por WhatsApp em português antes da nossa chegada.

Fabulous as close to all attractions of old town . friendly staff and clean facilities and so many food options within short stroll .120 metres walk from Bern train station too.

The location to the train station was okay once we learned how to use a shortcut on our return to the station. Arriving in Bern it was a long walk and difficult to find the hotel.

There was no reception desk making it difficult to get assistance or information. The elevator was too small for two people and suitcases to fit. There was no place to have a suitcase held after checking out. This made sightseeing impossible while waiting many hours for our train out of town.

The staff were very kind — we asked if we could leave our luggage, and they happily accepted without any hesitation. The room was very clean, and the location was central. I would definitely recommend it for groups of four

Zentrale Lage beim Bahnhof und für zu Fuss zur Altstadt. Geräumiges und sauberes Zimmer mit Küchenecke. Auch gut geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
