The location was good, close to the train station at the edge of the old city. Despite being completely remote, the staff was able to help me by switching my room when the original assigned room smelled bad. He later told me there was something that smelled in the kitchen (yes, kitchen). The rooms were large, like a studio apartment, with a small kitchen and a couch. It would have been a good space for a longer stay.

The biggest downer is that checkout time is early (10 a.m.), and there is no place to leave your luggage while I explored the city. Fortunately, I could rent a locker at the train station. I would prefer staff on site, but his attentiveness via messages solved my problem. Not sure what might have happened if there hadn’t been an open room, though. A small thing, but the bathroom had a lot of unused space. Just adding a little more counter space in there would be helpful.
