Amazing facility and staff

Very comfortable room with great breakfast made by friendly people. Fantastic nicely decorated villa with nice garden and swimming pool on a great location. This was by far the nicest apartment we have ever stayed in.

Really nothing

The Villa is really nice decorated, the staff and the host Evita and Marco were very helpful. The mattress of the bed is really high quality, and I slept really well! The breakfast can be with pros and cons. It's quite expensive if you are getting only an ommlette, but I took the avocado salmon toast with poached eggs on top, and it was good.

The AC cannot be controlled from the room as it is centralized for the whole villa, so it means that in smaller rooms it gets quite chill. The other downsize is the shower which sometimes doesn't have hot water and you will need to pay attention as the water is draining slowly so the water can get on the floor in the bathroom.

This property was beautiful, and the design was stunning. The pool was just what we needed and we loved also using the sauna.

We spent a lot of money on this property, so was expecting hotel service and amenities that you would get at this price. The staff left early in the day, didn’t turn down our rooms and also locked all the rooms off in the house (kitchen and dining room). The food they offered was very expensive (£22 each for breakfast and £80 each for dinner) so we wanted to eat in one night with take out from town. With the kitchen being locked we couldn’t access knives forks or plates, and there was no one to help. They treated this place as if it was a villa where you didn’t need staff - if that’s the case an airbnb or villa would have a kitchen for the guests to use.

Spa the garden and the pool

The space itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and luxurious. The decor was elegant and artsy with lots of colors and fabrics. The space was clean and well-appointed with a fridge, coffee maker, etc. Nice shower and a beautiful claw-foot bathtub. There was a semi-private verandah and view overlooking the yard and a pool. Would be especially nice in the summer.

The cost was relatively high for the low-season perks of the place. The breakfast isn't included, the pool isn't an option in the cold months, and we weren't able to reach staff to use the sauna although we were told to contact them with an hour's notice. We also did not find anyone on-site to personally check out with and did not hear back from the staff who we texted to confirm we had left the keys at the front desk. It's a beautiful space and has a great location (no lake view but highly walkable) but was not great value in the winter months and our interactions with the staff were mixed.
