Hotel La Balance SELF CHECK-IN

Good location

Rien malheureusement car je n’ai pas pu y accéder, donc n’avons pas utilisé la chambre que j’ai payé par carte visa. Communication problématique avec le gérant craignant des dégâts des clients et système d’enregistrement très lourd.

Très mauvaise expérience. Après paiement via Booking.com avec carte visa, on m’a demandé une caution de CHF 250 ainsi que des frais supplémentaires pour obtenir le code d’accès de la chambre. La procédure de self check-in était compliquée et stressante. Lors d’un appel téléphonique, le gérant m’a indiqué qu’il ne souhaitait plus maintenir la location et je me suis retrouvée à rechercher un autre hôtel. L’annulation n’a pas été communiquée à Booking.com Plus tard seulement, un message automatique indiquait que la chambre était prête, alors que j’avais déjà été informée verbalement que la réservation était annulée. Je n’ai jamais utilisé la chambre et je suis toujours en attente d’un remboursement. Expérience très désagréable et communication problématique.

Emplacement central, calme, facile avec le code, chambre confortable

Outstanding hospitality. great location and superb accommodation. I am so grateful for the kindness of the manager who allowed me a very early check-in as the room was ready and I was just coming from Bangkok, quite exhausted. He had even warmed the room in advance so the temperature is welcoming! The hotel is perfectly maintained and the manager has run 5 star hotels in Thailand before, it shows so well.

Excellent location, near the train station, a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. The place is very clean and tidy, the staff is very professional and welcoming. Public transportation in the area is very convenient for those who do not have a car On my next visit, I won't be looking anywhere else. Highly recommend.
