Das Hotel ist super gelegen und man fühlt sich willkommen. Die Beschreibung stimmt komplett. Trotz self-checkin, wurden Sonderwünsche und Fragen kompetent und schnell beantwortet. So wurde auf unsere individuellen Wünsche eingegangen und unkompliziert erledigt. Unser Aufenthalt war super und wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Il prezzo per questa notte é stato molto buono. La camera é abbastanza spaziosa e silenziosa.

Per questa prenotazione ho ricevuto 7 e-mail e una telefonata, non mi é mai successo. Tra tutte queste comunicazioni mi sono perso il codice per l'apertura della porta (non vi é recezione), ho quindi chiamato la struttura per averlo. Personale molto gentile, purtroppo cade quando mi raccomanda di dare un 10 nella recensione; non così in fretta, non sono nemmeno arrivato! Il pagamento della camera avviene tramite Booking, mentre la tassa personale di 4 CHF viene fatturata dall'albergo, il quale chiede un deposito di 250 CHF sulla carta per coprire eventuali danni o pulizia eccezionale della camera!!!! Mai successo, e forse andrebbe indicato prima di confermare la prenotazione. Superata la soglia dell'entrata principale lo spettacolo non é molto invitante, un corridoio con casse di vino per terra...... In camera la TV non funzionava
