Excellent breakfast, clean comfy room, very friendly and helpful staff. We travelled by bicycle and they provided a secure garage for our bikes.

The hotel was closed. I could not make access. I was left walking around in the heavy rain with all my luggage trying to find somewhere else to stay. They had my Co tact details but didn’t bother calling me.

beautiful, charming, exceptionally welcoming staff (I arrived at noon and could already go to my room; when I came back to the hotel, the restaurant was about to close, but urged me to stay, and the cook served an excellent local dish for me as their lonely last customer)

"New year's eve in Calw"

Location right in downtown, typical Fachwerkhaus in the Schwarzwald, good restaurant and breakfast. Bottle of water and snacks on arrival. Cozy atmosphere. You can reach the main square in a few steps. The view from the window is breathtaking. You can indeed enjoy a "black forest - experience"

Onced used up soap and shampoo they're not refilled
