Location and available parking space.

Property was undergoing refurbishment. Not really a problem. Breakfast was just okay. Breakfast personnel not very happy or didn’t know how to make scrambled eggs.

Central location, parking, good WiFi

My only slightly negative comment would be the reception location. It’s not obvious it’s on the first floor. When you arrive it looks like everything is closed, all the lights are off and the place is closed down. It’s really not obvious where the door or reception is. I actually helped 2 other guests who couldn’t find reception and were walking around outside.
