Cozy Homestay Waterfall Road Ella

When we give it a 10 out of 10, it is not because it is a luxury accomodation, but because it is value for money. Big cozy rooms, clean upon arrival, nice breakfast. Something different every day. Each day fresh juice. They even catered to 2 of us being glutenfree. Settled in the most amazing nature with views of the waterfall. The best location was top room to the right. Only a 10-12 minute walk to town as many others have described. Very nice family even though Senu is the only one who speaks good english. We can definately recommend this amazing homestay.

We stayed for 5 nights and they did not clean our room once or empty our trash can. I’m sure they would have done it if we asked. But it would be nice if they had done it at least one time by themselves.

This is probably the best home stay in Ella. If you have the opportunity to book it, do it! The views from your private terrace are simply amazing, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the owners are super helpful. We felt super taken care of. The breakfast is also homemade and very tasty. They offer the option to have dinner as well for a small amount (1800 rupees per person), we ordered it once and it was amazing (and huge!). The value for money that this place offers is unbeatable, especially compared to other accommodations in Ella that charge much more for less. 10/10.

Omg. The young owner puts in an incredible amount of effort. Everything is very well-maintained and clean. The rooms are well-equipped, and the view of the waterfall is breathtaking. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful, and always varies slightly.

Clean , friendly staff . Catered for gf diet once explained what that entailed using GF translation . Once at Cozy Homestay staff told us 10-15 easy walk to town via railway tracks . Super easy .

We had a very good time in the Cozy Homestay. The room was very nice and the view from the private balkony to the waterfall just amazing. Our host was very helpful, friendly and kind. The breakfast was also nice. We would stay here again.

The shower is not the strongest. It was difficult to get the shampoo out of the hair. Everything else was perfect.

Clean and nice room, we had a great view of the waterfall from our balcony from the top level of the accommodation. We also had breakfast (very delicious) on the balcony. The accommodation is not in the centre of Ella what we liked. It's a 10 minute walk over the train tracks.

Big thanks to the team from us! We stayed only for a night, but got a lot of impressions! A gorgeous view from the window of the waterfall, a very tasty and hearty breakfast, cleanliness and comfort in the room. I really liked the bed! The manager speaks excellent English and gave useful advice. I will recommend to friends 100%

The bed was comfortable, nice view, good breakfast and good wifi.

The shower was cold, and for the price we paid, that wasn’t acceptable. The room really needs air conditioning and a dehumidifier — it felt damp the entire time.

The view from the veranda is stunning, the room and bathroom are comfortable, and the breakfasts are delicious. At night, you can hear a concert of surrounding nature. Truly something beautiful.
