The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good given everything else - although no choice.

Most aspects of the stay were disappointing. I booked late, in the morning before I arrived at about 4pm, and wasn't expected. The receptionist didn't know what to do and then attempted to charge me 150% of the booking.com fee. I didn't get the 'Genius' room upgrade (or, if I did, I wouldn't want to have stayed in the other room). The bathroom was so small the door wouldn't open properly, the shower head was blocked and there was no hot water. There was no back-up generator for power when the supply went off for several hours. Despite being the only guest my very simple dinner of chicken and chips took over an hour to arrive and was undercooked. Breakfast was also delivered half an hour after the time I'd booked the evening before. Lots of mosquitoes (can't blame the hotel for that!) but the net was torn and had holes in it so plenty joined me in bed.

Bethel offered the best service have ever had. Nice breakfast, cool and quiet environment. Additionally the room service was on time always. Privacy is paramount given the location and a welcoming staff. What you see on the site (infrastructure ) is what is on ground( so beautiful). I recommend Bethel for you

I loved everything about this place, the service, the hospitality, the condusive environment and most of all the location. I would highly recommend it.

Very poor , Lacks appeal. Had to tell them not to prepare anything

Absolutley nothing. Managment was terrible over charged on everthing. Charged me three times the price for uganda waragi. Rooms were never cleaned . had to always ask for toalett paper. Internet almost never worked at all .MUST CHANGE MANAGMENT. Can never recomend this place to any one. Just this experience sucked the fun out of our hollidays.

my room was a budget paradise, small, economical but sufficient and yes the breakfast was hot and exceptional, rivals some of the costliest places in this town.

Excellent and very quiet and conducive hotel, fit for the season, right for the price and very affordable. My last minute booking did not take anything away in terms of quality and excitement. I will certainly make another stop at this place in the future.
