"they could do better. hotel building is good, but the staff are running it down."

the facility was well constructed.

service was terrible. delayed orders that took over 1.5 hours to prepare. telephones disconnected, no breakfast served, manager not on ground. No water provided for the rooms. Very loud karaoke music from the hotel, I couldn’t sleep. It played until 9:00am!

The hotel was quiet, close to the places we wanted to visit. Staff were friendly, evening meal and breakfast were good. We had a free upgrade to a better room.
